Mindfullness changed my life drastically. I was the kind of person that stressed out about everything in my life, mostly if things didn’t go my way. I always cared too much about what people thought and have a really hard time letting go of things. Worried about the future, looking too much in the past and never living in the now. I was missing on all the blessings I had in the now. Practicing gratitude on a daily basis forced me to look in to all the beautiful blessings I had and put me into a different mind set and frequency where i was able to manifest the things and life I wanted. I looked for love always on the outside, to only realize that love is within us. This realization brought the biggest love in my life.
